EasyChatbot, a lead management platform that centralises, manages and measures communications with customers through different channels. This support tool allows to offer personalised advice to customers, and to keep track of business data by collecting key information to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
You are also informed that these Conditions may be modified. The user is responsible for consulting them each time he/she accesses, browses and/or uses the website, as those in force at the time the purchase of products and/or services is requested will be applicable.

2.- The user

3.- Purchase or acquisition process
Duly registered users can buy on the website by the means and ways established. 5.- Prices and payments
The prices displayed on the website are final prices, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated and applied by legal requirement, especially with regard to VAT.
Under no circumstances will the website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product, but only those that the user has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the user has already received an order confirmation.
Accepted means of payment are credit or debit card.
In addition, the user may pay all or part of the purchase price with a gift card and/or a credit card issued by EasyChatbot and/or Tech-four Telecom, S.L.
EasyChatbot uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the user during transactions through the website, through the secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank does not authorize payment, EasyChatbot is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and can not enter into any contract with the user.
Once EasyChatbot receives the purchase order from the user through the website, a pre-authorization will be made in the appropriate card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The card will be charged at the time the user is sent confirmation of shipment and/or confirmation of the service being provided in the manner and, where appropriate, place established.
If the means of payment is gift card or credit card the charge will be made at the time that EasyChatbot sends a confirmation of the purchase order or purchase of products and / or services to the user.

6.- Technical means for error correction

7.- Right of withdrawal

9.- Exemption from liability
Unless otherwise provided by law, EasyChatbot accepts no liability for the following losses, irrespective of their origin:

- business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred); or of
- any other indirect loss which was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract for the sale and purchase of the products was made between them.

10.- Written communications and notifications
By using this website, you agree that communications with EasyChatbot are electronic (email or notices posted on the website).
For contractual purposes, the user consents to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that EasyChatbot send electronically comply with legal requirements to be in writing. The user and EasyChatbot acknowledge that they have consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party, except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
